Hi, I’m Elanna Lewis & I am a Senior at Francis Marion High School. I started participating in this program my sophomore year! Being in this program helped me a lot! My personal experience with this program has been awesome! Why? Because, for one Mrs.Cox will stay on you too do and focus on your work! You get to go on field trips meet new people.. experience things and have many more opportunities that’s Shelton State gives. While doing these things and having fun. You also get to take steps ahead on your future by taking classes now at Shelton and not having to take it later on in life. That’s my favorite part about this program. It helps me navigate to the career path I would like to take more easily. Being in Shelton States Dual Enrollment taught me that I have to do my assignments on time or ahead of time.. NO EXCUSES. DON’T BE LAZY,
& FOCUS on the bigger part ahead of this! I am thankful for such a opportunity as this.

Hi! I’m Terriah Robinson. I’m a graduate of Greensboro High School and currently a college freshman at Shelton State Community College. I have been in the AHEC program for 3 years where I’ve met several different people who’ve impacted me tremendously. This program gives great opportunities to upcoming sophomores, juniors, and seniors while helping to build confidence in your ability. My name is Adriana Jones. I am a senior at Greensboro High School. After graduation, I will attend Shelton State Community College. The HPA Program has helped me in a lot of ways. I really enjoyed all the activities we did, and the new people I met. I also liked how the program helped me get a head start with college. It has also taught me how to balance extracurricular activities with my daily classes.
In my opinion, the HPA program is a good gesture to getting high school students to a college level. It broadens our future to see what life is after high school. Starting early for college while in school can be
very challenging but the program is flexible and very understanding to me. Prepping for the ACT in this program is really an eye opener for me. By continuing in the program, I hope to further my education in health and pass the ACT.
The HPA Program has helped me in so many ways. It taught me how to be persistent and never procrastinate. It also taught me how to balance other things with my daily classes. It improved my ways of writing and critical thinking. I really enjoy learning new things from the program and I mostly enjoy improving my scores to get into a wonderful college. This strives me to pursue my career of becoming an immunologist. This is how I feel about the HPA program.
I think that Health Professional Academy is a great program because it can help students improve and learn many different things . HPA is one of the best ways to help students prepare for their future career . Also , it can be a great way to help you with your college skills . Last but not least , HPA can help you with your learning by improving your ACT and GPA scores . So , If you are seeking ways to improve your ACT scores then HPA is the best program to help you improve them.
